Week 21
Sunday – Rest day. Monday – I got up today with my legs still feeling sore. My intention was to do a run/walk for 30 minutes. Well, I did take one walk break but ended up just running 3 miles instead. I put on a knee brace thing I have, just in case. I gotta say, I’m feeling good. Plus , I got to see the sunrise — great start to the week. Tuesday – Full-body workout at the gym. Today was super hard, but I was proud to just show up and complete the workout. Looking forward

Week 20
Sunday I woke up and felt a bit sick, so I decided it would be a good idea to rest. My stomach just was not good. Monday 8-mile run today. We took a different route today and hit up some neighborhoods close to home, which was really great. We took a refuel break at home, then ran down to where we usually run — and this is where things got really bad. From 10 miles on, it was a fight. I was in so much pain. My back and legs were hurting pretty bad. I broug
